To rent a vehicle with Victory Rent a Car, you must present a valid driver’s license, a passport or ID, and a credit card in the primary driver’s name for the security deposit.
The minimum age to rent is 21 years old (drivers between 21 and 24 may be subject to an additional fee).
When picking up the vehicle, a security deposit is temporarily held on the primary driver’s credit card.
This deposit serves as a guarantee against potential additional charges, such as tolls, fuel, fines, or unreported damages. Once the car is returned in the same condition it was received and with no outstanding charges, the deposit is released. Processing times may vary depending on the bank.
The rental includes the use of the vehicle for the booked period, mandatory basic insurance with liability coverage, roadside assistance, and personalized support throughout your experience.
All our cars also come with air conditioning and are delivered in excellent condition in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. We also offer airport pick-up and drop-off service for added convenience.
In Florida, most tolls are electronic, with no cash booths. Vehicles use an automatic system called SunPass, which records tolls either through a device installed in the car or by reading the license plate.
